30-Day Exchange / Refund Request Window
You may submit an exchange or refund request within 30 days of receiving your order.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to all terms and conditions stated below:
Exchange & Refund Policy
·At this time, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
We only offer product replacements (exchanges).
·If your item is defective, you do not need to return the original product.
We will resend a replacement to you free of charge.
·If your order has major issues, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Major issues include:
①The product is significantly different from the description or preview shown
②The product was damaged due to our error or carrier handling
③You received the wrong item
·For other situations not listed above, only partial refunds may be offered (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Important Notes
·Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
·Due to lighting conditions during photography and differences in screen displays,
the color of the product you receive may slightly differ from the images shown on our website.
A reasonable color difference of up to 20% is considered acceptable and does not qualify as a defect.
How to File a Claim
To submit a claim, please email support@swaroniki.com and provide all of the following required information:
·Order number
·Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
·If the claim involves a printing error, please attach photos showing the error
·If the claim involves incorrect print size or placement, please include photos of the product with a ruler, measuring tape, or stick for reference
·If any items are missing, please provide photos of the package you received, including the shipping label, so we can forward it to our production team for investigation

·Contact phone number
Our support team will review the photos/videos you submit.
If your claim is approved, we will send you a free replacement.
In rare cases where a replacement cannot be shipped, we will issue a full refund for the eligible item(s), including shipping fees.
